September is here and it’s time for Spring cleaning!
September cleaning? How about: Total Autumn Clean Out.
Anyway, in an effort to be more smooth sailing this season, Chloe and I are participating in the 30-Day Minimalism Game, and having a ball unloading loads of stuff. (It’s time to admit that I have a slight sock obsession*… But I’m working on it.)
Another thing I may be obsessed with is finding healthy, organic, sustainable, or inspiring fodder to share with you. And though some of my favorites are actual “things,” others are documentaries/content, so I’m not on a quest to promote rampant consumerism. In fact, a good rule of thumb is to get rid of two things for every one thing you acquire.
Today Chloe and I are learning about Shamanic healing, raw food, and sacred cacao at Caelo Yoga. Stay tuned. (Should be chocolate-y. And healing. But then, those things go hand in hand.)

* A word about socks… See, there are the thin “sleeping socks,” the thicker boot socks, the short socks for your running shoes… Right? My life partner thinks I’m funny. He says that I even have socks for “different moods.” And maybe I do. But wearing just the right sock isn’t to be underestimated. 🙂 What do you guys think? Am I crazy to have different types for different occasions?
