So, how’s your meditation practice going?
Are you getting down to Deepak every day? Working that mantra?
Or, like many, are you a little overwhelmed by the thought of adding in a practise such as meditation to your already-busy day?
Keeping up with all the daily things we’re advised to do for maximum ultra-spiritual points can sound like a full-time job. Sometimes it’s hard enough just to get out of bed and scramble off to work on time.
But meditation is one of those practises that you’ll be really glad you got into the habit of, when you witness yourself becoming more patient, coping with daily stresses better, and just generally riding the ups and downs of life with more peacefulness and ease.
It really does make all the difference, and both Ann and I have seen major improvements in our lives as a result of meditating daily.
