Today’s question comes from Ariane, who’d like us to share our tips for coping with the winter blues.
Do you get the winter blues, or SAD (seasonal affective disorder), too? It’s that dastardly feeling of sluggishness that can hit when we’re not getting nearly enough sunlight, and also not being as active. It can be a real energy-sucker, and can affect your motivation to move forward with what’s important to you.
Check out our tried-and-tested tips for coping with the winter blues. Try a couple for yourself, and you’ll surely be feeling sprightly and positive throughout the long winter months.
