Our love affair with moringa continues. It’s the super-est of superfoods, filled with protein, iron, potassium, magnesium, calcium, and vitamins A (beautiful skin) and C (immunity).
This time we’ve made a delightfully green and brain-freeze-y superfood bowl, perfect for a delish dessert or a decadent, yet highly nutritious, breakfast.
Smoothie bowls are easy to make and are a great alternative to a normal drinkie smoothie. It’s fun to switch up the textures, plus frozen banana is deliciously and surprisingly creamy. They don’t call it ‘nice cream’ for nothing!
So grab your blender and a few simple (and pretty) ingredients and let’s get creative!
