{ Natural Healing } Essential Oils for Colds – Effective & Yummy!

·

by

I filmed this video yesterday, and as you’ll see, I was in full-on snotty zombie mode.

And yet, just 24 hours later, I am healed! My nose may still be bunged up and I can’t taste or smell anything, but I’m definitely feeling peppy once more, which to me feels nothing short of miraculous.

This is all thanks to the power of essential oils. Seriously, if you’re suffering from the monster end-of-winter cold like I have this week, start using these magical plant essences everywhere, all the time, and you’ll be back on track in a jiffy.

The Healing Powers of Essential Oils

They are:

  • Antimicrobial
  • Antibacterial
  • Antifungal
  • Astringent
  • Anti-inflammatory

And that’s just the As!

There’s potent magic in those teeny, mysterious bottles. Here’s a peek into my heroine Nadine Artemis’ poetic world of oils, for some inspiration.

Video: My Favourite Treatments for Colds, Using Essential Oils

These are just some of the many ways you can use essential oils for treating a cold. They were mighty effective, so if you’re suffering, do give them a try.

My favourite essential oils and tools mentioned in the video: Ginger Essential Oil, Thyme Essential Oil, Salt Pipe Inhaler, Peppermint Essential Oil, Jai Baby Balm.
