I’m currently perfecting an oil-free hummus recipe, and though I want to tell you all about it, I won’t.
Because, if you have a UTI, my culinary pursuits, however exciting, are of no consequence. In these moments of pure agony, nothing’s funny, everything’s dismal, and the only thing that feels halfway relieving is sitting on the throne waiting to squeeze out another drop.

In the following video, I share several tips for not only curing UTIs naturally, but also preventing them. Which, if you ask me, is key. Now you may think that the answer is another round of antibiotics, and though that is the quick and easy way, it certainly takes a major toll on your microbiome, and your immune system, causing a whole host of problems in the long run.
