Being vulnerable has never been my forte.
I excel at putting on all sorts of crazy masks to try and conceal my foibles. I’m also brilliant at hiding away. But recently I have learned that vulnerability is golden. It is the key to entering a magical world of true human connection; a world that I have hardly known up until now.
So, I’m sharing a very personal struggle today. I’ve been saddled with it for many years, but I’m finding freedom now, thanks to Bright Line Eating, a recovery programme that I’ve been following for a few months.
Doing Bright Line Eating was one of the best decisions I have ever made, and it has opened up a brave new world of authentic living for me, without my false friend, addiction, holding me back.
It goes without saying that it is difficult for me to address this topic, but I truly hope that by sharing my struggle, I will be of help to others.
And it turns out I’m actually starting to feel better for sharing this.

Here is the link to Susan Peirce Thompson’s website and the Susceptibility Quiz. If you struggle with this too, know that you’re not alone. There are thousands of Bright Line Eaters out there, just waiting to welcome you into the loving fold – and I’m happy to say I’m now one of them.
In gratitude for YOU,
