Freezing temperatures in Paris have got me seriously thinking about relocating to the tropics. Or at least somewhere around the equator.

I’m feverishly jonesing to jettison my thick, bulky sweaters and scarves, in favor of sarongs and sundresses. I’m craving smoothies and mangoes instead of my current diet of tea, tea, tea, and more tea, because, dude… my fingers are frost bitten. (Not that I don’t like tea, but it might be getting a teensy bit out of hand.)

Snow is only “cool” when it sticks. And since the snow too often comes along with its unwelcome friend, Icy Wind, (sounds like a new Marvel Comics character,) I’m over it.

You may think I’m joking, but I’m being 100% serious. This time next year when I’m cavorting with llamas in Peru, we’ll see who’s laughing.

Now that that’s off my chest, let’s talk about skin care.

Why Natural, Vegan, and Cruelty-Free Skin Care?

We go into this in more depth in the video below, but suffice it to say, when you go natural, vegan, and cruelty-free in your skin care, (just like with your diet,) everyone wins. Or rather, nobody gets hurt… whether that’s you and your blood stream, or Daphne the bunny — who surely had dreams of frolicking in green fields but ended up you-know-where.

In essence, you do not need to test on animals if you’re not using bizarre-o chemicals and nebulous fillers in your products. Not only that, but why would you want those bizarre-o chemicals anyway? Not only are many ingredients in conventional skin and body care carcinogenic, but they also have endocrine disruptors, and host of other nasties you don’t want in or on your body.

In the following video, you’ll learn about some of our current faves in skin care products that are pure and powerful. (Or my current faves, actually, because Chloe gets cajoled into doing vocalise exercises with Baby Magnifique… see below.)

My favorite products mentioned in the video: Coconut Oil, Mychelle Cleanser, Diana Ralys Skin Health Jojoba Exfoliant, Deliciozo Bulgarian Rose TonerDeliciozo Bulgarian Rose Cream, Living Libations RoseGlow Cream.

(For a limited time only, the Dutch Health Store has offered our European readers a 5% discount on their fabulous products with the code: veggie03 until 30/04/2018! Hooray! The Dutch Health Store is the only shop in Europe where you can get Living Libations and Delizioso products sans the massive importation fees from North America.)
