These days, I’m prioritising bliss. Because now that I know how to find it, why wouldn’t I?
My idea of bliss is sitting in the grass with my sweet little family of three, enjoying fresh food grown on our land. Simple, and yet profound pleasures. I wonder what yours is?
You’ll have noticed that Deepak talks of ‘reconnecting’ to your bliss, suggesting that it’s always there under the surface, no matter your current mood. Bliss is often simply a deep breath, a kiss, or even a walnut away. And then the deep joy of living that resides in us all comes bubbling up, and life blossoms.
In addition to being yummy-scrummy, the nutritional benefits of walnuts are impressive. Who doesn’t want to improve their heart health, brain function, mood and waistline whilst enjoying a delicious treat?
