What I Eat in a Day | New Beginnings! 1

The birds have returned.

And though there’s still snow on the ground here in New Hampshire, we are slowly waking up from winter hibernation mode.

Ahhhhh, how I love fresh starts. New beginnings. Awakenings.

The Life-Changing Magic of New Branding

Marie Kondo taps on books to “wake them up” when she’s doing her magical sorting. Well, this fresh, new look is me tapping on the Veggie Magnifique book, so to speak.

Tap, tap, tap.

It is my greatest pleasure to welcome you to the new Veggie Magnifique – a home, a hub, a haven for feeling more alive than you’ve ever felt.

My delightful web guy, Mat, and I, have been ferociously working on this new reinvention for almost two years. Two years filled with so much change for me professionally, and personally. Marriage. Travel. Moving internationally. Soul searching. Hustling. It’s been a difficult process, if I’m being honest, but if the fruits (and veggies) of my introspection and labor prove successful and delightful to you, then it will all have been worth it. (Feel free to peruse the About, Coaching, and Become a Coach pages as well).

What I Eat in a Day – Let's Celebrate!

So let’s celebrate this fruition!

Today’s video is a lil’ “What I Eat in a Day” adventure filled with celebratory treats, crunchy and chewy bread, and me getting a little bit giddy. I also share my current fave recipe for a vegan “egg” scramble (which I eat for dinner, like a true Frenchie,) as well as my typical “left-over” salad. And cookies, of course. Always. What’s a celebration without cookies?

In the video, I also give you a little guided tour of the new site to help you navigate the new ins and outs. Plus, we visit the old site one last time. *sigh* It’s such a bittersweet transition for me, and yet, I’m looking forward to a bright new future, and bountiful new projects ahead.

I was the one who did in our Zojirushi. Arnold tried to save it. For months it wheezed along like a janky old clanker... This is a story about rice, batch cooking, and feeding a family of five without spending a fortune.
