I was somewhat of a frazzle-pants with my first born.
I just didn’t know how to navigate the huge, colossal transition of matrescence. I know so many mamas feel this way, but… I wish I had been the mom I am now with my first born.
Now, I by no means have everything figured out, but at least it’s better. 🙂 I am much less anxious and so much more confident this time around. I can take little things in stride, and somehow get more to-dos done than ever before. Nursing has been a million times easier this time (thank God,) and I now know what I need and what I don’t.
If only I had had this confidence with my first born! Alas, it doesn’t work that way, does it?
