How to Go More Vegan -ish | A Comprehensive Guide

Chances are if you’re here, you’re interested in veganizing – at least a bit – your life and/or diet. And, frankly, this fills my heart with joy. The truth is, so many benefit when we veggify – ourselves, the animals, and the planet. Essentially, everyone wins, even when you’re just taking steps in the veggie direction. (Remember: Progress, not perfection.)

So thank you for being here, and thank you for being curious.

How To Go Vegan – Let’s Not Complicate Things…

The truth is, going a bit more vegan every day doesn’t have to be complicated. As I share in the video, a few key swaps, reframing how we see a few aspects of our lives, and doing a little bit of planning, goes a long way.

That being said, I believe a lot of people get turned off by a vegan diet and lifestyle due to snobby vegans, or they get overwhelmed by what they think will be a total overhaul of their lives. It doesn’t have be like this, and furthermore, when it comes to changing your life, a gradual approach is usually the most sustainable. (But I talk about this more in the video, including my thoughts on the “vegan police.”)

So, today’s video is 20 minutes long…

(Yep, it’s a doozy.)

But it’s long because I wanted to pack in as much useful and helpful information as possible! I have so much to share on this topic, and I’m super passionate about it.     Those were some great tips! I think I can go more vegan-ish beginning today. I have tried some delicious vegan meatballs in spaghetti and just baked in the oven. Next is putting more greens on my plate. Thanks for the ideas.
