Project 333: Vegan + Eco Capsule | What We Learned

Chloe and I are so adept at juggling these days that we could be in the circus.

Yesterday Chloe and her quartet were fiddling away on a top-secret audition, and I was in the studio mixing my jazz band’s latest demo. Chloe’s “mum” to an adorable and cheeky monkey, and I’m currently planning my own top secret event. Meaning… yuh girls don’t have time to stand in front of our wardrobes like deer in headlights and grumble, “Guuuuuh, I have nothing to wear.” Nope. We’d just as soon look like belted rucksacks than waste precious time trying to compose some stellar outfit. Ain’t nobody got time for that.

Project 333, i.e. The Magic of Minimalism

Enter: Project 333.

As you know, we’ve already done two previous episodes on the topic of capsule wardrobes, and there’s a reason… we fricken love it. The clarity, the simplicity, the ease, the practicality… it’s revolutionized our worlds.

See, the truth is, we both feel much more fashionable by having less. And when you’re extremely deliberate about what you put in your 33-item capsule wardrobe, it means that most pieces go with every other piece. Making for: easy, breezy, beautiful in two minutes flat. (We’re the new Covergirls.)

Today’s video we share all our take-aways from this 3-month challenge – what worked, what didn’t, and why we want to continue being “capsule girls” forever and ever, amen.

Mentioned in the video:

Are you enjoying this capsule wardrobe content? What about you? Have you tried whittling down your wardrobe? We know it seems scary at first, but we feel that it’s so worth it. We’re eager to hear your thoughts in the comments below!

Voilà, c’est tout!

It’s sunny in Paris finally, and you know we’re going to get out in it! Hope you get some sunshine too, friends.

Have a fabulous weekend!

I’m good with flirting, but not so good at making the first move! I feel more confident now, though.

    LOVE THIS!

I carried an owl vase across an ocean. It never held a single flower. This week's video is about what actually earns its place — across three boys, four years, and one very ruthless edit.
